North Commuter Parkway and Traffic Bridge Project
Welcome to the Graham Commuter Partners’ website for the City of Saskatoon Bridging to Tomorrow Project which includes the North Commuter Parkway and the new Traffic Bridge.
The City of Saskatoon has undertaken a project for the design, construction, financing, operations and maintenance of two new arterial roadways and a new river crossing located in the north area of Saskatoon (the “North Commuter Parkway”), and the design, construction, financing, operations and maintenance of a replacement river crossing located in Saskatoon’s downtown core (the “Traffic Bridge”).
The Operations and Maintenance of the North Commuter Parkway, including the newly constructed Chief Mistawasis Bridge, are the responsibility of Graham Commuter Partners. Graham Commuter Partners is also responsible for limited Operations and Maintenance activities for the Traffic Bridge structure itself. Snow plowing and removal are maintenance elements excluded from Graham Commuter Partner's responsibility at the Traffic Bridge.
